Nose piercing keloid
I have done a nose piercing in July month and I have a keloid now. I have tried to treat it at home by cleaning with betadine solution..but the keloid is not going..kindly suggest what to do.

Hello mam.. Glad to answer your query. Keloids are the abnormal healing that take place at the wound site. If it has occurred and if u have diagnosed correctly, then it's not the one that will heal by simple home remedies. There's varieties of treatment for keloids which include compression garments, massage, Silicon gel, Intralesional injection treatments or surgical Excision to name a few. Kindly consult a plastic surgeon or me online for getting your scar examined and knowing the best way to treat it.
