Nose piercing infection

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I got my nose pierced 3 months ago. It gets infected frequently and still not healed properly. I was wearing a silver ring before and the pod filled infection was just not going away. So I removed it and inserted a neem stick in my piercing. It settled down for some days and now again it is infected. I don't know what to do.
