There has been a big pimple inside his entrance of the nostril area , again and again it keeps coming. what would be the tube if there any for that ? or something to apply on

It is repeated pimple(furuncle) in the nose. Commonly occurs if you have nose picked or visited salon and got nasal hairs trimmed. Also check your blood sugars if its high.
