I have dust allergy problem which bothers me rarely.. for the past 10 days I am suffering from severe sneezing because of dust allergy.. today, I noticed that there is a small plum of swelling in my nostrils.. what could be the reason? Is it because of dust allergy and sneezing? Or anything else?

You seem to be suffering from acute rhinitis which is a common type of viral nose infection. You may be seeing inferior turbinate which is a normal structure inside the nose. You may need to take simple anti cold medicines for few days
