Nose bons increase and brathing problam.mostly time one side nose block.i can't take brathing continue and my ear are also block whean i eat any type of cold food.regulaer pain my ear last 1week

As per your description.. you have deviated nasal septum..if it is causing symptoms need to be corrected by surgery.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
