I have dust allergy, Continous sneezing in cold climate, Night time nose blocking- creating problem to breathe.

That is because nasal surgery is merely the first part of the treatment. It is only to enable medicines to be delivered to all parts to the upper airways to heal you. You also need to undergo Skin Prick Tests for Allergy to identify the exact allergen/s causing your allergy. Then alone can I really help heal you.
