Nose blocked and cough when talking
Nose blocked and cough when talking, difficult to sleep at night. day time it's ok take breath. Sore throat, dry cough , if i walk or run within 1 minute I feel fatigue and tired and difficult in breathing. And also i have stress .
And also I have WPW-type B in heart.

Where will I consult ENT or pulmonologist, can someone suggest me.
