I have problem that i always blockage in my right nose ..even sometime it block very much and i cant breathe from right nose ...what is the cause of it...is it serious problem...

Nasal septum is deviated to right, causing difficulties in breathing that side, hence the resultant Sinusitis. If it's causing you too much problem in breathing then Surgery is advised- Nasal Septal correction (Septoplasty) - Which is done Endoscopically,No scar tissues on face.

Consultation in clinic,Nasal Endoscopy and work up for surgery (based on endoscopic findings)
