Sir,
Why My Nose is Block Without cold...
It keep Switching From Left to Right..since 2 Weeks... sometimes its Open Both side...
But Mostly Blocked... Especially At Night
I don't Have Cold,cough?

Hi.
Nose could be blocked due to several reasons. It could be either functional, like allergic rhinitis, or structural like a deviated nasal septum, polyps etc. The treatment will depend upon detailed history and examination. I would suggest that you consult an ENT specialist In-person/ Online for further evaluation and treatment.
