Nose block and snoring
Sir, I've been suffering from excessive snoring and nose blockage. Every morning i feel some discomfort in throat because of snoring. I find that During sleeping one side of my nose is obstructive . and also i figured out that some times right passage nose is blocking and some time left.Please kindly refer me a solution

There are many causes for snoring such as obesity, deviated nasal septum, chronic rhinosinusitis, allergic rhinitis, inferior turbinate hypertrophy etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem.
