Hello,
Cold water to spill on head lie on a cot spill lot of cold water APPL ice cubes on nose. It's due to ruptured CAPILLARIs due to jerk or hot. Some amount tickeles in throat so blood comes in spiting. Don't worry. Small amount of JAGGERY to take in earthenpot add water in it. In morning it should be taken in empty stomach after mix it well. You can consult an ENT specialist.ok.
