Nose bleeding
From morning my nose from right side shows blood with mucous. Either i spray my nose or clear mucous of nose it shows blood. Even nasal passage opening in mouth after soitting shows blood. I also feel some pain in upper area of right nose at head. What to do. It is not continuous.

Nasal bleed is more common in winters
But its better to get examined physically to rule out other causes of bleeding
My advice would be to go for a physical consultation
