  4. Nose bleed. Is it one of the cause?

Yesterday after doing all my household chores i started to rest and when i lay back i felt something is coming from my nose and i spit it on my mouth and it was a dark and thicker blood i dont why it happens,.but i do have an allergic rhinitis is it one of the cause??
