Hi My son is 4 years old.He is getting nose bleeding some times .Is this a matter of concern ?Please let me know which medicine is good for my son Thanks Subhasri

greetings, nose bleeding must be dueto pricking of nose, tell him to stop this habit, apply lubricant to nasal mucosa like glycerin. Add Vit C 500mg of soluble chewable vitamin C once a day for 10days.
