Nosal bone hypoplastic
Hello mam/sir, i had my nt scan reports are.. NT 2mm, FHR 173,and nosal bone unilateral on right side.. Dual marker report came normal. What are all the test i need to do please reply.. I couldn't sleep and eat.

Thank you for your question and sorry for your concern, the nasal bone length is a soft marked for Down’s syndrome. In your case it is borderline (I suppose you are at 13 weeks).
It would be better to go for NIPT test before going for invasive investigation which has it’s own risk.
