Nosal alergy
I had a nosal allergic tendency. When I visited our local doctor, he recommended me to take telekast 10 every day after dinner. As par his recommendation I take it daily. I didn't notice any side effects. Bt is it safe to take it daily? I took it for last 3 years....

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. Telekast tablet is safe for long term use but nasal sprays are much safer and effective. Physical exercises can be of some benefit
