Noobvious spillage intoperitoneal cavity
Vary Recently I had done HSG of my wife as per report description , No obvious free spillage of contrast into the peritoneal cavity on either sides. Pls interpret what dues it mean.

This test is done to check whether fallopian tubes are functional or not. No spill means tubes are not working properly. You need to confirm it by laparoscopy. In case there is no spill in laparoscopy means tubes are blocked then you will have very low chance to conceive normally and in that case doctor prefers IVF
