Nonvisible lesion on leftside hardpalate
I am noticing a very small bump on the left side of my hard palate. I am attaching a photo please have a look on the marked area. I don't have any pain or anything but I can feel it all the time. May I know what it is?
It is on the end of saliva line which is coming from alveolar ridge left side(in photo refer to right side)

Somtimes small salivary glands gets traumatized during eating or brushing and gets swallon like a vesicle.
