Nonvisible lesion on leftside hardpalate
I am noticing a very small bump on the left side of my hard palate. I am attaching a photo please have a look on the marked area. I don't have any pain or anything but I can feel it all the time. May I know what it is? It is on the end of saliva line which is coming from alveolar ridge left side(in photo refer to right side) May I what it is?
