I feel discomfort in my stomach when I sit for more than half an hour continuously on my office chair.It feels like tight stomach as if the abdominal muscles are contracting and creating pressure in the stomach.
This discomfort is gone after I stand up and change position.
I also feel discomfort or slight pain in back if I rest my back on some hard/rough surface for some time.This discomfort/mild pain is gone after I change position.
I have been suffering from same for more than 6 months.
While doing cat cow pose I feel slight pain in muscles during first few reps which is gone after few reps.
