Non obstructive Azoospermia

Question

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hello doctor me and my wife planning for baby last 3 years but no result so went to endocrine. After all reports where taken found nil sperm, fructose negative, fsh and lh level very high, testosterone normal 3.5. I have no idea whether it is primary testicular failure or genetic chromosome problem. Please help in any case if stem cell therapy can treat.
