Non itchy rashes

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I am 33 year old. Diabetic for last 2 years. For last 3 days having rashes in left side of back waistline. The rashes are rough in surface but non itchy. Did not spread. No fever. No body pain. No urination problem. Eye color normal. Put moisturiser, dettol but it stayed the same. Is it something dangerous or just normal rashes ?
