Non cancerous lumps on breast

Asked for Female, 22 Years

My mom is 40 yrs old and she is suffering from breast lumps with 17mm and tiny some other lumps.once she has undergone a surgery and now again lumps are appearing with pain.biopsy was negative before..what can we do to avoid these kinds of lump forever.
