Non blanching rash or not?
I'm getting some non blanching red spots under my skin here and there, I have tested my CBC and the reports were normal, platelets were around 3.3 lacs, I'm still not sure why I'm getting these, can somebody pls say if they are petechiae or purpura like things, mostly they occur in my legs. Also I have urticaria, is it something related to urticaria, I'm scared pls help. Attaching the picture

Could be allergy, because purpura spots usually blanch. Take tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 5days,  apply betamethasone ointment twice each day for 5 to 7 days.
