Noise while breathing
My daughter is 6 months old. She is not having cold and cough. Her nose is clean still a sound of Sur Sur as if she is pulling mucus comes. Nasal drop doesn't work. She is not having breathing problem. She keeps her mouth shut while sleeping also. Her birth weight is 3.26 kg and her weight at 5 months is 6.6 kg.

Good evening mam,
I can understand your concern the sound wat u hear, is most of the times before of the secretions in the nasal passages which in infants n children less than one year would have more secretions, because of hyper-reactive airways (over active breathing passages from nose to lungs)which Is absolutely physiological(normal) for your baby. Sometimes positioning baby while baby sleeps would be helpful .
Next Steps
use Saline nasal drops if it's blocked nose or u feel tat it's causing obstruction/, difficulty to breathe.
assuming earlier at delivery thorough examination of baby was done including nasal passages then, it's good or if in doubt can always take an ENT opinion for further care.
Health Tips
Try helping child's airways by keeping a small two fingerbreadth thick folded towel beneath the shoulder blades of baby it would reduce the sound immediately.
if baby develops difficulty in breathing further or new symptom pertaining to breathing develops immediately take an pediatrician opinion
