No weight gain
From past 7 yrs, i am not able to increase my weight.. How much ever i eat, weight is fixed to 49-50. I eat non veg, proper breakfast, lunch, dinner.. But still nothing happens in my body. Still skinny.. Plz help me with this

You have to increase 500 calories every day to see up to 2 kgs weight in a month, for that if you take 1 glass of milk shake or smoothie with honey instead of sugar.
