No Taste and No smell

Asked for Female, 24 Years

It's been 4,5 days my friend lost smell and taste also she is feeling weakness sometimes with mild ache in head and throat. She took Azithromycin once and crocin and citrixen, also using cough syrup Rexcof DX. Please suggest right medication and guide us for what should we do.
