No sensation in clitoris
Of late, my wife has been saying that she does not feel anything in the clitoris at the time of foreplay. Instead, she gets the itching feeling during foreplay. Owing to the issues, she is unable to enjoy sex. Please suggest a remedy for this.

Probably she has a yeast or bacterial infection for which she would need to take a treatment after necessary examination to seek further advice on this.
