No semen during ejaculation

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I had a cystoscopy done under spinal anaesthesia on 1st September 2017... And the diganose was LUST...so doctor gave me Medicines...but now when I m ejaculate, no semen is coming out ....please help me whether this is serious ??
