Hello, There must be any reason or pre occupied thought which slowly became stronger and slowly it persisted in your mind.what you need to do is only to change your perception,it's like you have to focus on the half filled portion of  glass instead of focussing on half part of glass which is empty.i know it's not easy ,but it's possible and many people have done this so you can also do.any psychologist can help you in this.please consult any psychologist, you will see the difference. Take care.

Feeling low can be influenced by various factors, including life stressors, negative thinking patterns, or a chemical imbalance in the brain. It's important to understand that it's okay to feel this way and that seeking help is a positive step towards improving your well-being. Together, we will explore coping strategies such as engaging in self-care activities, challenging negative thoughts, seeking social support, and potentially considering therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy. Remember, you don't have to face this alone, and there are effective tools and support available to help you navigate through these low periods and find a renewed sense of hope and joy in life.

Hello, It is understandably not a good state of mind to be in. However there is always hope and positivity, which one may miss to see. The fact that you want to heal and help yourself is the first sign of hope. There are feelings you need to express freely to get to the root cause of your concern. Once you work through such emotional blockages and gain clarity of your path ahead, you can certainly feel the light through darkness. This too shall pass! Consult for further assistance. Happy Healthy Living!

Since you are having these symptoms for a few weeks now, I would suggest you to consult a psychologist or psychiatrist. If you find it difficult to approach any of them right away, please consult your family physician. In any case, I feel that you need to get professional help from any of these without delay.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychologist, psychiatrist or a doctor at the earliest.
