Asked for Female, 28 Years

I have utrine fibroids. Doctor suggested me to take Dienogest medicine for 3 month after using this for 01 month my periods still not start then I ask to doctor what to do then Dr. Suggest me check your pregnancy test first I checked but result negative then she given me to take deviry 10 mg tab twice a day for 5 days Wait for menst Then start Fibrobest from 2 nd day. But on using deviry 3 rd started spotting bleeding daily some drop till 5th day then stop the started again what to do don't understand
