  4. No periods. Still no period. plz help!

No periods
I have failed pregnancy n have to do abortion on 5th of Jan. But I have not received my periods till date. I checked 4 times but all time negative test. What could be the reason. I got heavy cramping on 31st of Jan for 2 days then stop then slight cramp on 12th Feb for 10 min then stop. Then got periods like cramps on 19th but still no period.plz help
