Greetings madam. In your age group occasional disturbance in periods may be normal. Otherwise you need to rule out other hormonal disturbances like PCO, thyroid, prolactin abnormalities etc., if problem is persistent /recurrent. Better meet an Endocrinologist or Gynecologist.
