No periods for over 4 months

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I am 31 and mother of two kids. I am having irregular periods for past two years and of late I am missing it for over 4 months and nearing 5 months. My weight is around 72 kgs. No other health issues. I tested negative for pregnancy.
