No periods after meprate

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I had an medical abortion in the month if July 15 the still I have not got my periods ...I have taken a HCG at home it was showing negative in last week I started taking meprate for 5 days .I had an intercource while I was taking meprate once is there is a chance of pregnancy again what is the reason that I have not got my periods
