No periods 3 months after delivery
Hi Doc
My baby is 3.5 months old. My postpartum bleeding lasted for 1.5 months. I feel very weak and kind of dizzy every now and then.
I am a PCod patient and haven't got my periods yet. Tested UPT today and it is negative. What should i do.

This may be due to breast feeding, nothing to worry take healthy balanced diet green vegetables salads and seasonal fruits avoid oily spicy food drink plenty of water continue iron calcium

If you are breast feeding your periods may start after few months also.
Nothing to worry
Continue iron and calcium and multivitamin tablets
