No ovulation till day 20, so no period?
Pelvic USG on 20th day of my cycle showed no ovulation (dominant follicle of 22mm and ET 8.1mm)
Report suggested delayed ovualtion or anovulation.
So because I didnt ovulate this month, will I not get periods this time?
I am already 3 days late than expected date.
I always got regular periods (28 day) before this, never missed period, but I dont know whether I was ovulating before this or not.
Not sexually active and have hypothyroid
