No menstruation since last 2 months

Asked for Female, 39 Years

I m going through infrequent menstruation. Last time I had menses in November just for 2 days. Since then I didn't had. Last year I lost my parents. I m getting married on 4th Feb 2021. I am concerned that my irregular menstrual is going to affect my married life. Since July I am facing improper menses problem.
