No heartbeat in 6 weeks

I have a six week pregnancy and there is no heartbeat and baby size is 9 mm. Is this normal. Also I don't have any feeling of pregnancy am OK and in routine as before.

Repeat an ultrasound after 1 week. Heartbeat should come latest by 7 weeks. If not, then it will be considered a missed abortion and you will need D&C for that
