I am 7 weeks 2 days pregnant but in ultrasound there was no fetal cardiac activity present. Is this fine?

No its not fine.cardiac activity should hv appeared by now. However just wait for a week and repeat the scan.. Still if the same scenario occurs then m sorry u hv missed miscarriage.
