Unable to grow facial hair. Though aged 28.
Can a endocrinologist help or i need to see someone else.
Please don't replay saying its common for some people to not grow full beard, asked here cos its really bothering me.

I understand your feeling,
This is not the common condition that every one would get. This occurs only because of the genes alteration or by the base of familial inheritance it could be either of it. First we need to know what exactly is causing this problem to you and then we can proceed with the treatment accordingly first you need to consult a general physician for investigation purpose.
