No dominant follicle
I have irregular periods from the firsttime of teenage. Now i am 28 and we like to have a baby so we consult a gynac she suggests follicular monitoring and i done it Todays is my day 13 but the result showing BILATERAL MULTIPLE SHORT PERIPHERALLY ARRANGED FOLLICLE WITH CENTRAL ECHOGENIC STROMA NOTED ON BOTH OVARIES. Myometrium is normal Uterus 57×34×26mm Right ovary 25×20×36mm Left ovary 25×19×35mm Endometrium thickness is 6.1mm on day 13 of cycle And there is no dominant follicle seen Only multiple small follicles are present. Please help me what condition i have? Is there any problem to conceive?
