I dont feel like doing anything when i wakeup i dont feel like stepping out frm my home bt when i exercise of 30 minutes i dnt face such problem of going out and mentally also i dnt think much negative,Bt after doing exercise i also dnt eat because once i eat after exercise i come back to dat zone again so i make sure i eat late in d night, Exercise gvs me confident to go out and gives me energy bt completely rely on exercise if i dnt exercise i become sad depress and dnt talk to anyone feel nervous scare dont go out etc etc,Do i need to go to psychiatrist straight or should i consult to a Gp ist?
