Asked for Female, 30 Years

LMP - 10/04/2018, yesterday did a ultrasound and reports advice Uterous is mildly inlarge.there is evidence of intrauterine gestational sac noted with single embryo inside the sac.CRL 6.8 mm M- mode show no evidence of embryonal cardiac activity Right overy have cystic size 26*37mm,left overy have cystic size 19 *22 mm Impression- F/S/O missed abortion Which tell me what should I do?
