No cardiac activity in pregnancy

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi I am 8 weeks pregnant woman.My lmp was 14.03.2018 approximately. My doctor suggested me usg after 10.5.2018.As per usg report they have detected some fetal node corresponds to 6weeks.But no cardiac activity has been seen. No cramping or bleeding is there.My doctor told may the fetal growth is stopped after six week and after waiting for 10 more days one more usg will be done and if heart beat is still not found I have to go through abortion.pregnancy test kit is still showing +ve.plz help me

Baby is inside and due to hormones it will show positive .Wait for 10 days again go for ultrasonography for fetal cardiac activity.Further treatment depends on cardiac activity.
