No bleeding miscarriage

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I found out I was pregnant on Feb 12th. I had bloodwork done on February 20th and 22nd that showed dropping hcg levels with first number being 47 and second number being 25. I had really light spotting for a couple of hours. I have not had anymore bleeding. My hcg was 0 as of March 6th. My doctor says that my cycle will start and I will get a period in April. t. My question is, can you really have miscarriage with no bleeding? My lmp was January 20th. My BBT temps are still high.
