Nissen funfoplication and vomiting
I had a Nissen funfoplication few months back . The thing is I have vomotiu like sensation in the morning I try to vomit I try hard to vomit I am scared that it damage my wrap or cause hiatal hernia to come again.

Important is how much wrapping has been done . Usually floppy nissens is done so that you dont feel discomfort post Op. But if you are having symptoms like recurrent vomiting episodes / abdomen discomfort / excessive belching/sensation of having excess gas inside abdomen and unable to pass up : consult your surgeon for further help... who did your surgery
Rest you can be assured that wrap won't open up easily . Just don't put excess effort to vomit...
