NIPT or Double marker
I am 9 weeks 5 days pregnant and all my tests so far are normal. I have to choose between NIPT or Double market test. My history is as follows: 1st pregnancy, no h/o miscarriage, abortion or anything else. No family history of chromosomal disorders. No downs. I'm 30 right now, turning 31 next month. Both my mom's pregnancies were normal. Is my child's risk for chromosomal disorders like Down's or trisomy 21 high, based on my history? Does the history even matter? Lastly, which test would you recommend? Thank you for your time.

Why do you want to get done in n i p t directly.. you should go for a dual marker test and a triple test later on and a level 2 scan as the pregnancy advances ..if by chance the dual or triple test is positive then get done in n i p t n
