  3. Nipple pain. Could it be more serious?

I am 19 yrs old and a male I have found that when I touch my nipples they hurt a bit Also there is a small lump under my left nipple I have started going to the gym and lifting weights etc Could this be the reason as my chest is growing or could it be more serious?
