Nipple Discharge

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I'm having nipple discharge when I'm pressing them really hard it's approximate the size of a very tiny dot from nipples on both sides of the chest and as I'm pressing them really hard could it be just sweat trapped inside my skin or should i get it checked
