Nipple discharge

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I'm 20 yr old. Today I just check my breast & squeeze them then my nipple is discharge like milk or water. My thyroid report is also normal. Is it normal at this age??? Recently I'm suffering from anxiety from last 1 month & my medicine is also going on. Nipple discharge is it normal? Or may be harmonal issues??
